Xindari Shipping Policy

At Xindari, your privacy and peace of mind are our highest priorities. We understand the intimate nature of our products, and we are committed to providing a seamless, secure, and 100% discreet shopping experience from the moment you place your order to the second it arrives at your door.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, and Wallis & Futuna. Orders can be shipped to all available states, provinces, and regions within these destinations.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Standard Shipping is $10 USD for supported destinations. Orders over $45 USD qualify for Free Shipping. Shipping options and charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping normally takes 7 to 14 business days, depending on destination.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs processing, or high holiday volume.
Embalagem 100% discreta
We guarantee that your order will arrive in plain, unbranded packaging, such as standard brown or white boxes or bubble mailers.
- No logos: There is no external branding, logo, or mention of Xindari on the outside of the box or mailer.
- No product descriptions: The shipping label will not detail the contents of your package.
- Neutral sender name: To further protect your privacy, the sender name on the shipping label may appear as a neutral fulfillment entity such as XD Fulfillment or XD Tech.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
International Shipping & Customs
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, including VAT, once it reaches your destination country. Xindari is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the customer’s responsibility.
For international orders, customs declarations are a legal requirement. We use general, non-descriptive terms such as “Massager” or “Health & Beauty Accessory” to describe the contents, helping maintain your privacy across borders.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available within the carrier’s system.
If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, contact us at hello@xindari.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, email us as soon as possible at hello@xindari.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work toward a satisfactory solution.
Xindari is not liable for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen. If your package goes missing in transit, contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
