Yes, 100%. All Xindari orders are shipped in plain, unbranded boxes or mailers. There is no mention of our brand name, logo, or the contents on the outside of the package. Your secret is safe with us.

To protect your privacy, the charge will appear under a neutral corporate name such as “XD Tech” or “Xindari LLC”. There will be no mention of the specific intimate products purchased.

Always wash your device before and after every use. Use warm water and a mild, unscented antibacterial soap, or a specialized toy cleaner. Pat dry completely with a lint-free cloth before storing it in its original pouch.

Only use premium water-based lubricants. Silicone-based or oil-based lubricants can damage the medical-grade silicone used in your device. Shop our water-based lube collection if you want a toy-safe option.

Most of our devices are IPX7 waterproof, meaning they can be fully submerged in up to 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes. They are suitable for use in the bath or shower. Always ensure the magnetic charging port is fully dry before charging.

Due to the deeply intimate nature of our products and strict health and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on any opened items. If the box seal is unbroken, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt.

We stand by our craftsmanship. Every Xindari device comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your device stops working due to a fault rather than user damage, contact our support team with your order number for assistance.
